Starting to DJ less than two years ago, Adam has been solidified into one of the freshest, most exciting electronic dance acts on the underground scene. Those with an ear for music have known of Adam for some time now, but it was in 2010 when underground parties started whispering “have you heard of Adam Asher?” As a spinner he’s delivered due damage to club nights and underground warehouse parties with tracks clubbers won’t readily forget. If approached during a show he’s known to share the name of track or two when asked. When asked why he does this, he gave a simple response… “I’m here to share this music, not hide it.” Adam showed once again in early 2011 that he was no one trick pony. He played a nearly 700 person show in Chicago, which nearly tore the roof off the place. After that show Adam was quated saying, “I need to bring this Louisville,” and with that quote he did. Nearly one month later he put on a show called “The Grid”. It is still to this day the only major show that has been played in Louisville in the first half of the year. Preferring to term what he does as ‘The A Style’, Adam shrugged off the confines of genre typecasting from the begging. He simply wants the track to be “a floor driver that makes you feel good when you wiggle your butt.” With the Launch of his new Podcast, “The A-List” hopes are high that Adam’s sound will start to reach more then just the U.S. Currenlty Adam is working on he’s debute track… “Aggitation.”
